Close-up photos in the linked post reveal the cape’s full silhouette for the first time—something that was obscured when Supergirl wore a coat in her Superman debut. These refinements subtly sharpen the suit’s lines and give it a more streamlined, polished presence.
All signs point to Milly Alcock embodying Supergirl in a full trailer soon. A holiday teaser would be timely ahead of the film’s June 26, 2026 release, though DC might opt to start 2026 with the first footage to kick off the new year in style.
Directed by Craig Gillespie and scripted by Ana Nogueira, the film marks Alcock’s complete introduction as Supergirl and also introduces Jason Momoa’s Lobo.
